Many traditional spas are built the same way they’ve been built for years—fastened together using fiberglass shells and wood framing that can weaken and even rot over time. Unibody engineering, however, utilizes modern weatherproof materials in an innovative and superior design.

Unibody forms a solid ABS base support for the shell, and eliminates wood framing. That means solid, maintenance free performance you can rely on season after fun-filled season.

AquaClear™ state-of-the-art filtration system helps assure a sparkling clean spa environment. The optional solid state ozone system injects ozone gas into the water, eliminating microorganisms and bacteria, providing fresher, cleaner water while reducing the need for chemical additives.

The best hydrotherapy is achieved by engineering the optimal balance between horsepower and water flow rates, including jet quantity, type and location. Some manufacturers quote “brake” or “marketing” horsepower in an effort to inflate true horsepower performance. Brake horsepower refers to the brief peak when the pump is first turned on; not the continual operating horsepower.
When shopping for spas, make sure you compare gallons per minute (GPM); that is, gallons per minute of water that flow at the system operating pressure. Our pumps are sized specially for the water volume of your spa, providing optimal thrust for all jets, yet assuring a quiet, smooth and efficient operation.

Thermoshield insulating features two components working together for better thermal and acoustic performance. First, a special cabinet lamination creates a thermal barrier against outside temperature variations. Second, the spa shell is surrounded in a closed foam insulation.

The result is a higher R-value that helps keep energy costs low while baffling pump sound for whisper-quiet operation. Our top quality standard cover features a 4:2 taper (4" at the peak tapering to 2" at the edge) and is comprised of 1.5 lb. density virgin-bead expanded polystyrene (EPS). If you live in colder climates, or if you simply want to insure optimal thermal efficiency, we offer our popular SuperTherm™ cover. SuperTherm is a full 5:4 taper that provides exceptional insulation. Many color options to choose from as well!
